Going Solo

 Hello there blog, today I am going to establish who I am going to work with for my music video. I am going to work with myself! I'm choosing to work with myself for a number of reasons, all of which I am content with. The first reason is that generally, I work better with myself, and I am able to execute the vision I have. The second reason, is that I just don't have anyone to work with.

    Of course I have class mates that I am able to work with, just its not anyone who I know personally, or who I would want to meet. I find working with myself also very comfortable. I don't have to wait on anyone, nor do I have to rush to meet others needs. I can work at my own pace, and try my best to execute the idea I have for this music video. I am so very excited to make this video.

    The song I have chosen, is Everlong by FooFighters. The song has a nice genre that I believe I can show in the music video I will make. The song is also one of my major favorites, so editing and filming it definitely going to be fun and not tiring. The beginning is also a subtle build which allows me to make a intro and not something sudden. My other choice would have been a song made by ABBA but, the winning feature of Everlong was its intro and its atmosphere.

    Overall, the atmosphere that Everlong makes is, in my mind, very interesting. The song has very nice verses, a nice story, and the instrumental is amazing. Every time I listen to the song, I feel as if I am in a trance, which is the feeling I wish to enact in the music video. But again, I believe this would be easier to execute if I work with myself. Since in the end, only I know myself, and what I want to do.
